The Grand Modus, is a super-sized evolution of the freshly facelifted Modus and takes its inspiration from the Grand versions of the Espace and Scenic, so offers a bigger boot and more practical seating set-up than the standard car.
The changes haven’t ruined the supermini-MPV’s styling.
It has similar bodywork to the original model, but the new headlamps bring it up to date.
It is essentially a taller version of the Clio II and, as such, shared its platform and much of its engine range with the second generation of the Clio.
A larger wheelbase version was produced as the Renault Grand Modus.
It is targeted at people who want the practicality and versatility of the larger Renault Scénic but without the added size.
